Paul Oestreicher, PhD is an accomplished public relations and public affairs professional and valued leader. He is a player-coach, trusted advisor, and mentor known for his work in strategic communications, thought leadership development, crisis and reputation management, talent and team development, and third-party relationship building.

He is a sought-after strategic communications and crisis management consultant who has held leadership positions at global and start-up companies and consulting firms. Oestreicher was also an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s MS Program in Public Relations & Corporate Communication, where he taught Strategic Communication, Research Process & Methodology, and Communication Ethics, Law & Regulation. He was honored with NYU’s Award for Teaching Excellence.

Oestreicher is the author of Camelot, Inc.: Leadership and Management Insights from King Arthur and the Round Table and writes frequently about communication, leadership, healthcare, trust, change, and politics.

He is a reading/literacy volunteer in Connecticut public schools and an inventor with five toy patents.

Oestreicher earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Rochester, a PhD in nutritional sciences from Rutgers University, and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in pharmacology while with Wyeth Laboratories (Pfizer).
